We offer personal training sessions for individuals or small groups of up to four people. Included in each personal training package is a tailored fitness and healthy eating plan specific to each clients needs. We’ll help you set out realistic, measurable goals and work with you to achieve them and track your progress along the way.
We encourage our One-on-Once clients to compliment their individual sessions with our group sessions. In line with this we offer free group sessions for those clients who attend 2 or more One-on-One sessions each week
