Boxing

Combining elements of kickboxing, resistance training and light running, First Grade’s Group boxing sessions provide a challenging full body workout while also improving coordination. The format for the class changes every two weeks to keep you on your toes and maximize results.

Cross training

These sessions offer a total body workout involving resistance work using light dumbbells and body weight mixed in with running and conditioning games to keep the fun factor high.

Run in a circuit style form at the cross training sessions cater to all fitness levels, ages and abilities and the activities within the sessions change from week to week, providing loads of variation.

Group Training Cost:

$20 per session
$120 for 8 sessions (discount of $5 per session) 8 week expiry
$45 Per week for UNLIMITED group training

 

Special Offer: Attend 2 personal training sessions in one week and attend as many group sessions as you want in that week for free.
